I work with children (8+), adolescents, and adults across a range of areas, including anxiety, ADHD, Autism, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions.
Paradigm Psychology operates from The Northern and Western Psychology Practice, located at 79 Alexander Street, Crows Nest, NSW.
While all sessions are provided under Paradigm Psychology, reception and appointment management are managed by The Northern and Western Psychology team.
Their reception staff will assist you with bookings, enquiries, and any scheduling changes.
The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s been happening for you, what you’d like support with, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.
It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about how I work and to see whether it feels like the right fit.
This varies for everyone. Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific issue, while others attend longer-term to explore deeper patterns or ongoing support.
We’ll regularly check in together to see how you’re finding the process and what feels most helpful.

Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, and some private health funds may also offer rebates.
You can still see me without a plan if you prefer to self-refer.
