I provide therapy and psychological assessments across a range of presentations, including anxiety, ADHD, Autism, emotional regulation, executive functioning, self-esteem, giftedness and life transitions.

Every person is different, so support is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

No. You don't need a referral to book an appointment.

However, if you'd like to claim a Medicare rebate, you'll need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP before your appointment.

You are also welcome to self-refer.

The first appointment is also an opportunity for us to decide whether we're the right fit for one another. It's important that you feel comfortable asking questions and confident about the path forward.

We'll regularly review your progress together to ensure therapy continues to meet your needs.

I provide comprehensive ADHD, Autism and cognitive assessments for children (8 years and older), adolescents and adults.

Every assessment includes a detailed clinical interview, standardised assessment tools, behavioural observations, collateral information where appropriate, and a comprehensive report with practical recommendations for home, school, university or the workplace.

If you're unsure which service is most appropriate, that's completely okay.

Many people contact us because they know something doesn't feel quite right but aren't sure where to begin.

Our reception team can help determine the most suitable appointment, and this can also be discussed during your initial consultation.

Session fees vary depending on the service type (therapy or assessment). Please contact reception for the current rates.
Medicare rebates are available with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, and some private health funds may also offer rebates.

You can still see me without a plan if you prefer to self-refer.

To respect appointment availability for all clients, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a fee.

Yes. Everything discussed in sessions is confidential, except in rare circumstances where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if required by law.
We’ll go through confidentiality in more detail during your first session so you fully understand what it means in practice.

The clinic is approximately three minutes' walk from Crows Nest Metro Station and around eight minutes from St Leonards Station.

Free parking is available at the nearby Woolworths car park, with additional street parking available nearby.
