Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and challenging negative thought patterns and behaviours. The goal of CBT is to help individuals develop healthier thinking and coping strategies by understanding the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. CBT is commonly used to treat anxiety, depression, stress, and a wide range of other mental health conditions. Through CBT, you can learn practical skills to manage and reduce symptoms, leading to improved mental well-being.
At Paradigm Psychology Clinic, we offer CBT as one of our many therapy approaches.
