I work with children (8+), adolescents, and adults, helping them understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can respond to life with greater calm and confidence.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and a little bit real — therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. We laugh, reflect, and focus on what actually works for you.
Therapy can support:
• Anxiety, stress, and low mood
• Emotional regulation and self-understanding
• Self-esteem and confidence
• ADHD or Autism-related challenges
• Relationships, friendships, and family communication
• Burnout and life transitions
I draw on CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based approaches, weaving in schema-informed ideas to help you make sense of recurring patterns and create meaningful change.
I offer comprehensive assessments for ADHD, Autism, and cognitive functioning in children (8+) and adults.
Assessments include:
• Clinical interviews and background history
• Standardised tools such as Conners 4, WISC-V, WAIS-V, WIAT-III, MIGDAS, and ABAS-3
• Collaboration with parents, teachers, and relevant supports where appropriate
• A clear, practical report with tailored recommendations for home, school, or workplace settings
These assessments aim to provide insight into how the brain learns, processes, and manages emotions — helping clients and families understand strengths, challenges, and practical pathways for support.
For clients with ADHD, Autism, or executive functioning difficulties, I offer psychologist-led support sessions focused on turning insight into action.
These sessions balance humour, structure, and self-compassion to help you:
• Build sustainable routines and organisation systems
• Strengthen focus and manage overwhelm
• Improve emotional regulation and self-awareness
• Create strategies that work with your neurodivergent brain
This isn’t “life coaching.” It’s practical, evidence-based psychological support designed to help you understand and navigate your world more effectively.
I provide individual cognitive assessments using gold-standard tools such as the WISC-V (children), WAIS-V (adults), and WIAT-III for academic achievement.
These assessments can assist with:
• Understanding learning profiles and intellectual strengths
• Identifying learning difficulties or giftedness
• Supporting school or workplace adjustments
• Guiding future learning or career pathways
Results are explained clearly, with reports that translate data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations.
All therapy and feedback sessions are available via Telehealth for clients across New South Wales.
Online sessions offer flexibility, privacy, and continuity of care — allowing you to access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are.
Sessions are eligible for rebates through a GP Mental Health Care Plan or private health insurance.
Please contact reception for current fees and rebate details — we aim to make the process clear and accessible for all clients.
